All pieces are carefully made to order in our NYC Garment District factories.

   

Please allow 14-21 business days for delivery, and Pre-Order items will have delivery dates specified. If a rush order is needed, please email shop@urthnyc.com and we will try our best to accommodate your requests.

    

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of in season merchandise of only new, unused, undamaged, and unaltered items with all garment tags attached in the original packaging including boxes and garment bags.

    

Returns are not accepted on any international orders or pre-orders.
